What a DJ company pays today
Published monthly prices, September 2026.
Pulse Planner replaces all of it
$99a month, founding price
That's $148 a month less than the tools alone, and $4,800 to $7,800 a year less once the admin help is counted.
And none of those tools does the planning form your DJ works from at the venue, the DJ's pay, or which Instagram post brought in which booking.
Founding partners: we move you over.
We're taking our first 50 DJ companies at $99 a month, locked for as long as you stay. We can set up your price list, contracts and automations and bring your contacts across from Dubsado or HoneyBook. We will never take a cut of your payments.

Questions
Do clients or planners pay anything?
No. Clients and planners get their own login by a single-use invite link. They never create an account or get sent a password.
How long does setup take?
Most companies can do it in an afternoon. You start with a blank account and a 15-step checklist, from your logo to your first automation, and testing mode holds every email and text until you switch it off. The setup assistant, powered by Claude, explains any setting, tells you what an automation would do before you switch it on, and drafts wording in your voice. Nothing changes until you press Confirm or Save.
Can you bring my data over from Dubsado or HoneyBook?
Yes. We bring over your contacts, packages and contract wording, and set up your automations with you. We can do it for you as part of setup.
Do I have to use Gmail?
No. Connect Gmail or Outlook / Microsoft 365, and emails go out from your own address, replies land on the right client, and everything sits in one conversation.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you, and we take no cut of it: no per-booking fees, ever. Stripe charges its usual processing fee. Couples can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH costs about $5 on a $5,000 balance, where a card costs about $145). Zelle and Venmo can appear on the pay page as well.
Is my data safe?
Every company has its own database, separate from every other business on Pulse Planner. Card numbers never touch it, and we keep only the last four digits of a bank account or taxpayer number. Admins sign in with an authenticator app, and your team confirms each new device with a texted code.
Can I text couples from it?
Yes, through your business line on Quo, Twilio or Telnyx. Carriers require each business to register its number before sending texts, and we'll walk you through it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your contacts and your books download as spreadsheets whenever you like. If you leave, we hand you your whole database. Your plan ends at the end of the month you're in.
