These terms cover your use of thepulseplanner.com. Using the Pulse Planner app is covered by a separate customer agreement, which you sign before you start.

What's on the site

We work to keep this site accurate, but features, plans and prices can change. The screens shown are examples with made-up businesses and people. Prices we quote for other companies' products are their published prices on the date shown, and may have changed since.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or get into parts of it that aren't public, and no sending us anything unlawful or harmful through the forms.

Our work

The words, designs and software on this site belong to Pulse Planner or the people who licensed them to us. Other companies' names and logos belong to them, and appear only to say that Pulse Planner works with or replaces their products.

We may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.
