Privacy policy

This page is a draft and is being reviewed by our attorney. It may change before it is final.

Who we are

Pulse Planner makes software for wedding and event DJ companies. This policy covers thepulseplanner.com, the website you are reading. The Pulse Planner app that our customers use has its own terms and privacy commitments, which are part of each customer's agreement.

What we collect

Only what you choose to tell us. When you book a demo or send a message, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the size of your team, how many events you do, the tools you use today, the time you'd like, and your message.

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party fonts. This site sets no cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you and set up the demo you asked for.
• To understand what you need, so the demo is about your business.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who helps us

A few service providers handle information for us, only to do their job:

• Formspree delivers the forms on this site to our inbox.
• Render hosts this website.
• Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as we need them to talk with you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@thepulseplanner.com. If you live in California, you have these rights under California law, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
